Book the opening

Sunrise setup · ribbon · all-day party · night beams

Your first day should feel like a hit — not a scramble.

Morning balloons. Midday ribbon. Afternoon crowd. Night lights the whole town can see. We design the invitations, sit with the city first, pull permits only if you need them, then run the opening until takedown.

Invitation design City pre-meeting Permits only if needed Day into night

Most openings hire a balloon vendor. Then they still have twelve other vendors.

Event companies often plan the ceremony. Balloon shops do arches. PR shops write the press release. You still juggle the DJ, the city, the food trucks, and who hauls it away at 7 p.m. We are the one call for a store opening that the neighborhood actually remembers.

Invitations that get people there

We design and get the invites out — chamber, neighbors, press, landlords — so the sidewalk is full before the ribbon moves.

Pre-meet with the city

We sit with the village first. Sidewalk, parking, noise, hours. The day is maximized, not surprised by a clipboard.

Permits — only if you need them

Some openings need nothing on paper. Some need tents, sound, or right-of-way. We tell you which, then we handle it.

Newspapers, flyers, city hall

As a final touch we place the opening in local papers, neighborhood flyers, and city-hall / community calendars — then send the day’s photos back to the same outlets.

Grand opening packages

Pick a package. Add extras. We run the day.

Chambers sell a ribbon and a photo. Balloon shops sell an arch. These packages are the full opening — and every one can grow. Pricing is quoted after we see the address and the date. You also get video of the event on The Opening and The Landmark (and as an extra on The Cut).

Extras — add to any package

The extras are how a Cut becomes an Opening, or an Opening becomes a Landmark. Mix what the location can handle.

Event video Sky trackers Airplane flyover Extra inflatable Food trucks / catering Character costumes Extra photo / film hours More newspaper & flyer placements Second-day open house

Everything that makes an opening pop.

From the smallest shop to the largest retailers — one team. Ribbon cuttings are the specialty. Same crew also runs other commercial events. Mix what you need.

Grand opening balloon arch at a new store

Balloons, banners, inflatables

Arches, columns, giant product inflatables, and on-brand banners people can see from the lot.

Grand opening lighting and sound at dusk

Music, DJ, speakers, lighting

Sound that fills the sidewalk without getting you a noise complaint. Lighting that photographs well after 5 p.m.

Food trucks at a store grand opening

Food trucks, catering, sampling

Trucks, bites, and product sampling so people stay long enough to become customers.

Photographer documenting a ribbon cutting for social media

Photographer + local press

We document the day for your social — then share those memories with newspapers, community sites, and city outlets so the town keeps talking.

Airplane flyovers

When the location can handle it, a banner plane that puts the opening over the whole town.

Characters & hosts

Costume characters, brand hosts, and sidewalk energy for family and retail openings.

Invitation design

Print, email, chamber blasts, neighbor cards. The opening starts when the invite goes out.

Newspapers, flyers & city hall sites

We post the grand opening in local papers, street flyers, and city-hall / village calendars. After the cut, the photos go to the same desks.

City permitting

Right-of-way, tents, generators, amplified sound, chamber. Filed only when the town requires it.

Other commercial events

Anniversaries, re-openings, multi-location launches, and campus / plaza programs. Grand openings remain the core.

Event video

A film of the opening — morning into night if that’s the package — for social, ads, and the press packet. The homepage clip is the idea; your video is your store.

Setup & takedown

Crew, timing, trash, and a clean handoff. You do not babysit vendors after the last guest leaves.
